Justin installed our vinyl flooring this past week and did a great job. He’s easy-going and that makes talking to him easy as well. He did our two bedrooms in one day and I must say I was impressed with how he was able to manage it in such a short amount of time. I like how he cleaned up after himself and was careful to make sure the baseboards were put back in the correct order. I would highly recommend Justin as an installer.

Exceptional Service

I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The laminate flooring sales associate, Tesh, was knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to provide a same-day quote and cost everything within my budget, making the process simple and stress-free. I especially appreciated the electronically generated delivery notification, which kept me informed and made coordination seamless.

The installation team was efficient, skilled, and professional, clearly taking pride in their work. One technician even asked how late he could continue working to complete as much as possible on the first day, showing real dedication to quality results.

Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I’m very satisfied with both the customer service and installation team.

I highly recommend Exclusive Floors!

I had a positive experience with Exclusive Floors in Coquitlam. Kian Cleary answered my initial flooring questions, was very kind, helpful and coordinated everything without any issues.
I replaced a lot of flooring in the house so it was quite a big job. Justin Necula and his helper Ali spent a number of days removing dirty carpets, thousands of staples, old laminate, stubborn glue and also needed to level some areas of the floor. Once the messy part was complete, the vinyl planks went in quickly and totally transformed the rooms. It was a lot of work and they did a wonderful job.
From the beginning I was concerned about how the curved staircase would turn out, along with a rounded/tightly curved area on the bottom step which couldn’t be covered by the new flooring. It all looked challenging to me. Justin took the time to carefully cut each plank to fit perfectly and used a few layers of a flexible material to finish the tight curve. Because of Justin’s attention to detail it turned out great!
I’m really loving my new floors! It was exciting to see it all come together. I chose the Om Grey LVP by Cascade and it looks beautiful.
Thank you!😊

Hi

Purchased my glue down ,vinyls planks was properly suggested by Rowenna ,
Now the floor looks fantastic.

The installer John did a great job installing, quickly and efficiently, to avoid removing the baseboards quarter round in mdf where used ,make for a great look .

New flooring in powder room ,scratch resistant and water resistant, the occupants loves it ,and the lighter color suggested by Rowenna brings excellent comments by all who have seen

Hello a positive edit today June 9 2026 , I had an appraiser from Lawrence Walker, coming today to estimate the value after all renovation ,he was really by the quality of vinyl plank flooring installed by exclusive floor , he made a very positive comment.

Rowenna made an excellent selection !

Cheers

We had an excellent experience working with Tesh Arora at the Surrey location for our flooring purchase. From start to finish, he provided exceptional customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the selection process with patience and professionalism.

The quality of the flooring materials was excellent, and Tesh made sure we found the right product for our home. What impressed us most was his willingness to help when we found ourselves needing a floor installation arranged at the last minute. Tesh stepped in, helped coordinate a solution, and went above and beyond to ensure everything came together smoothly.

Throughout the process, he was responsive, reliable, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a positive experience. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to helping his customers and finding solutions when unexpected issues arise.

We highly recommend Tesh Arora to anyone looking for flooring and exceptional customer service. We will definitely be returning to Tesh for our future projects and will continue recommending him to our family and friends. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

We were looking to add the same Harbinger Vinyl Plank flooring to our basement laundry room/mud room and washroom to match the rest of our basement flooring. Harbinger recommended Exclusive Floors for pricing and service. We stopped into Exclusive Floors in Surrey and were greeted by Tesh. He was very helpful and pleasant. We discovered that the flooring colour we wanted to match had been discontinued. Tesh gave us a sample book for us to take home to see if we could find an acceptable contrasting floor. We were able to keep the book for awhile and selected a tile look option. Tesh was able to place our order and we got our floor within a few days. Attached are photos of the new contrasting floors. We are so happy with our experience and recommend Tesh and Exclusive Floors if you are planning new flooring.

We recently purchased new flooring from Vikram at Exclusive Floors in Surrey. We first worked with Vikram in 2023 and were very satisfied, so we didn’t hesitate to return. Three years later, he did not disappoint. His customer service and product knowledge are outstanding.

This time, we had laminate installed in a small den and new carpet installed in the master bedroom. Mike handled the laminate installation, and Doug installed the carpet. Both were excellent. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and did great work. They also took care of the cleanup, which we appreciated.

Vikram was proactive and even called us the morning of installation to confirm the installers were on their way. That level of follow-up speaks volumes.

I would definitely recommend Vikram and his team at Exclusive Floors in Surrey.

We worked with Vikram at exclusive floors and we're very happy with our choice and the results.
We changed about 3000 sqf of flooring from carpet to laminate. Vikram managed the project really well. The installation was very quick, installers were professional, very kind, and communicative about ideas and issues.
We also changed the vents to match the floor, and then did vinyl in our storage space.
I definitely recommend exclusive floors and working with Vikram. We will work with them again for our next project.
